Services for Leonard D. Fager, 66, of Payette, who died Friday, Oct. 12, 1984, at his home were conducted at Tuesday at the Shaffer-Jensen Chapel, Payette. Rev. Robert Hefty of the First United Methodist Church of Payette officiated. Interment will follow at Riverside Cemetery, Payette.

He was born April 24, 1918 at Clay Center, Kan., the son of Charles and Bessie Fager. He was reared and educated in Kansas and as a young man moved to Challis, Idaho. He married Audrey Wood on July 17, 1940 at Bellevue, Idaho. They made their home in Gooding and then moved to Payette in 1950. Fager worked many years for Sedlmayer Drug in Payette. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Payette and a member of the Good Sam club of Payette.

Survivors include his wife, of Payette; two sons, David, of Weiser and Steven, of Washington D.C.; a daughter, Janet Scott, of Weiser; one brother, Leon and a sister, Wanda Kelley, both of Oroville, Calif.; and eight grandchildren.
